BACKGROUND

Building upon a successful launch in 2023, Pendo elevated their initial AI capabilities by developing additional offerings in 2024. This campaign was aimed at promoting those new features, and presented us an opportunity to forge a consistent visual language for AI at Pendo.

ROLE

Senior Designer

These AI offerings are driven by a dataset made up of 14 trillion data points.

Since this is a major differentiator, I chose to explore solutions that represent how this massive dataset is used to power Pendo AI.

We coordinated a takeover of the Pendo homepage to maximize visibility for Pendo AI. This led to increased visits to the Pendo AI landing page and higher traffic to AI related self-guided tours.
