Art Direction, Brand Strategy, & Visual Design

Working alongside a cross-functional team of content writers and data scientists, I organized and designed this report in the form of a 50 page interactive PDF. The final report contains 9 sections that expand upon the benchmark data, what it means, and how to calculate your own.

One of the many goals of this project was to position Pendo, and their sub-brand Mind the Product, as thought leaders in the industry. For maximum exposure, this report was promoted through various channels including email and social media. After just one month in market the benchmarks report garnered over 450 downloads, nearly tripling the engagement numbers of Pendo's second most downloaded asset in 2024.
