I think of a brand as the perception of a unified ethos, supported and perpetuated by a collection of systems. Throughout my career I've gravitated to the problems that seek to improve the way this ethos shows up and position design systems as resources that aren't gate-kept by one person or team, but are accessible to everyone in the organization.
I firmly believe that thoughtful, well-crafted design is a non-negotiable for any organization looking to succeed, and I carry this mentality into every project. I work best in close collaboration with writers, marketers, and stakeholders, but I'm equally at home owning a direction from strategy through execution.
